Once your Frey Bike is registered after receiving (Visit link for registration), Frey Bike will provide a 2-year warranty from the date of registration against defects in materials and workmanship for original equipment. Please register your Frey Bike upon purchase within 14 days from the date that you received the bike. Otherwise, the warranty claim may not be processed.
What products are covered under this warranty?
Frame, include parts.
Motor system,
battery pack,
Charger,
Other parts and components (except consumables such as tires, tubes, brake pads, transmission group etc.)
Subsequent Ownership
If you are a subsequent owner, meaning you are the second or later owner, and not the original retail purchaser. You still have a warranty for the frame and the electrical system, including the motor system and battery pack, but not include items such as wheels, suspension forks, drive train components, etc. Please submit the original purchaser and your info to us to get the warranty updated.
What is not covered by this Warranty?
Normal wear and tear.
Improper assembly.
Corrosion.
Improper follow-up maintenance.
Installation of components, parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold.
Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty starts from the date of original purchase, is offered to the original owner and can be transferable to a later buyer. This warranty applies only to bikes purchased through the official FREY website, FREY ambassadors, and FREY agents/distributors. FREY BIKE is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
